Sandra Bullock has asked the judge handling his divorce attorney to allow the Californian, who took on the separation of Clint Eastwood and Sondra Locke, to be his lawyer.
The actress left her husband Jesse James in March, after public revelations of his infidelity. She divorced her to Texas, the last month and has every intention of gaining custody of Louis, the son they adopted January.
The documents obtained by TMZ show that the actress has asked that Joseph Kibre be part of his lawyers.
In the late ’80s, Joseph Kibre had negotiated an agreement away from the courts for Clint Eastwood, while his ex-girlfriend, Sondra Locke requested $ 1.3 million for the 14 years they had lived together. He managed to convince the actress to agree a contract with Warner Bros., which allowed him to be paid for roles, even if the film did not see the day.
By 1996, Sondra Locke had a lawsuit against the studios, claiming that the contract had never been observed.
Sandra Bullock has also hired a lawyer from Louisiana, Edward Howell Crosby, to defend it.
