Actor Leonardo DiCaprio really helps her friend Kate Winslet in the trial that she saw when her marriage falls apart, according to reports the newspaper The Sun.
Both players have reached the heights of glory together, playing in the movie Titanic, and gathered there about two years for the film Revolutionary Road, directed by Winslet’s husband Sam Mendes.
The relationship Winslet and Mendes have suffered greatly during the filming, leading eventually to separation.
The couple was separated for several months but have made the official announcement Monday.
Luckily for Winslet, DiCaprio’s friendship with him has to have an ear to confide in during his six years of marriage.
A source said: “Leo and Kate have become like brothers and sisters since they played together in Titanic. And since the wedding Kate began to dissolve during the filming of Revolutionary Road, they moved closer. ”
Note that Winslet, 34, who has been married twice, is currently in Mexico with her two children.
The actress was married to Mendes since 2003 and they had a son together, Joe, who is now six years. Her nine year old daughter, Mia Honey, is born of her marriage to director Jim Threapleton, which ended in 2001.
