Actor Robert Pattinson, who plays the vampire Edward of “Twilight” might have kinship with Count Dracula.

According to the genealogy site “Ancestry,” the darling is a distant relative of Vlad Dracula 3, monarch of the fifteenth century that inspired the establishment of Count Dracula in Bram Stroker, in 1897.

“Tracing the family of Pattinson by Vlad was a difficult search, but the parts that were unveiled have created the perfect accompaniment to ‘The Twilight Saga,’” said Anastasia Tyler, genealogist of the “Ancestry”.

In addition to Count Dracula, the site still shows that Pattinson is distantly related to the Princes Harry and William, by Charles.
