Personally I have always been in favor of the adoption because it gives many children the opportunity to have a family and home. But as far as regards celebrity adoption more pragmatic as most of them are little more than public relations exercises designed to give you a couple of headlines and free publicity.

For Heidi Montag, I think it should be allowed to take even a mosquito and I think any competent authority for overseeing the adoption process will find that not even able to care for herself, much less an infant.
